UK next Day Delivery - £6.99 - Order before 1pm Monday - Friday to receive your order the next working day. Orders placed after 10pm on Friday until 12pm on Sunday will be sent out on the following Monday*

Royal Mail Standard Delivery - £3.99 – Delivered within 2-5 working days. *Baskets containing sale items must also contain full-price items to the value of £100+ to qualify for free shipping.

Premium DPD Deliveries are made Monday-Saturday, excluding bank holidays. The delivery option is unavailable after 1pm.

EU tracked shipping - £12 - Aimed to be delivered 3-6 working days.

Returns

You must return your item(s) back to us no later than 14 days from the purchase date. 

We offer refunds to your original payment method for all online purchases. 

This policy applies for all payment methods. 

Returns must adhere to the following:

• In original packaging

• No signs of wash/wear

• Tags must not be damaged or removed

• No stains/hairs/odours

• Underwear and swimwear must have hygiene seal intact


We reserve the right to return your item back to you if it does not adhere to the above. You will be responsible for covering the costs of the item being returned.
